B2B sales terms for Inventory Optimizer 1.7 · 21 October 2026. These terms apply exclusively to the Inventory Optimizer product and its included files.
The Excel workbook and methodology handbook are supplied in German.
1. Supplier and business customers
The supplier is Maritime Tecnet GmbH, Gottfried-Herder-Straße 2a, 58239 Schwerte, Germany. Further company details are provided in the imprint.
These digital products are offered only to commercial customers acting in the course of business. Consumers are not eligible to purchase. During the initial rollout, the Inventory Optimizer is available only to business customers with a billing address in Germany. Customers must confirm their business status before placing an order.
2. Digital products
The Inventory Optimizer 1.7 package comprises an Excel workbook (.xlsx) and a methodology/user handbook (.pdf), currently supplied in German. Sample data are synthetic. The product supports inventory and replenishment analysis and does not place ERP orders, guarantee cash release or replace professional judgement.
3. Ordering and acceptance
A customer submits an order through the WooCommerce checkout, having reviewed the product, price and applicable terms. Submission of the payment-obligated order constitutes a binding offer. Acceptance takes place when the supplier accepts the order, in particular by enabling the protected downloads. An automatically generated receipt acknowledgement alone does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
4. Price, VAT and payment
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are quoted in euro excluding VAT, which will be charged when legally due. Inventory Optimizer 1.7 is priced at €99.00 net, one-time only, without recurring charges. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Orders with a billing address outside Germany are currently excluded. Buyers must supply accurate business and billing details.
5. Downloads and access
After successful payment confirmation, the supplier will provide individually authorised download links to the purchased files. The product’s download permissions have no download-count limit and no scheduled expiry date. Customers should keep their own secure copies and must not share access links with unauthorised third parties.
6. Updates
Updates to the same purchased Toolbox product, when provided by the supplier, are intended to be accessible through the customer’s existing download permissions without a further purchase price. There is no commitment to deliver specific new functions, a particular update frequency or other separately offered products.
7. Licence scope – company-wide business licence
A one-time purchase grants the buying legal entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual right to use the Toolbox for its own business purposes. Any number of employees of that same purchasing legal entity may use the files internally. A self-employed purchaser may use them for their own professional work. Separate affiliated companies are not automatically covered.
Use in client engagements, consulting projects and interim-management assignments is expressly permitted. The purchaser may share analyses, charts, calculation results, management reports and recommendations generated using the Toolbox with its clients. However, it must not share, resell, sublicense or publicly distribute the original Toolbox files, functional copies, modified or derived Excel Toolbox templates, or the complete handbook to clients or other third parties. A client receiving results does not acquire a licence to use the Toolbox itself. All copyright in the Toolbox remains with the rights holder.
8. Defects, liability and professional use
Statutory remedies for defects and statutory liability rules remain unaffected. Before any operational implementation, results must be reviewed against actual demand, supplier constraints, data reliability and ERP configuration. No savings or cash-release outcome is guaranteed.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights are generally inapplicable to genuine business-to-business contracts. Mandatory rights and statutory remedies for defective products are not waived.
10. Privacy and contact
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Questions may be sent via the contact page.
11. Other provisions
German law shall apply to the extent permitted. The supplier’s registered seat will be the contractual place of jurisdiction only where such an agreement is permitted in the relevant business relationship.
